APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

Dear friends:

We are pleased to invite you to sign up and participate in the 25th Festival which will be held from 09-14.11 termin in November in the Center of Herceg Novi.

Believing that you will be our guests and make the continuation of the tradition of the game of folklore, choir, song, modern dance and socializing.

The right to apply for a competition open to all – individuals / s, folk groups or groups from around the world / e their performance, music or art recognized as the one that belongs to everyone, which belongs to uphold the tradition, 01because this year’s Festival will your concept customized to you, this stage will be a male performers and the audience will be in the same level as until now in the city of Herceg Novi.

REGULATIONS:

The number of participants is not limited
There is no age limit
Each group has the right to bring the national flag of their country
Gifts and certificates for participants are provided by the organizers
The obligations of the participants are
Each group must consist of dancers, musicians, managers and administration
To prepare a plan and program for a period of 8-10 min
CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION:

With their applications a, it is necessary to attach a minimum of two and a maximum four images in high resolution (at least 1 MB) and technically compliant video clip APPEARANCE which compete with (from YouTube OR SIMILAR an online platform)

SHORT BIOGRAPHY OF PARTICIPANTS / CE, group or groups (up to 3000 characters)

Applications that have been filled in accordance with requirements will not be taken into consideration.

ENTRIES FOR THE COMPETITION SENT NOT LATER THAT 15 OCTOBER 2024 THE COMPETETION RESULTS WILL BE KNOWN ON 20 OCTOBER 2024.ALL FOLKLORE,DANCE ,MAJORETTES,ORCHESTRA AND OTHER GROUPS THAT ARE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL WILL BE PERSONAL NOTIFED . RESULTS OF THE COMPETITION WILL BE POSTED ON THE SITE FOLKLORE FESTIVAL WITH SONG AND DANCE HERCEG NOVI , AND IN THE PUBLIC INFORMACIONE

Herceg Novi

Herceg Novi is the town recognized by the Mimosa trees and numerous steps. This town, “the sun” because of the large number of sunny days per year. Rich in greenery, Herceg Novi hides numerous kinds of tropical flowers. At the end of January the town exudes a scent of yellow and green mimosas and the festival of Praznik Mimosa is dedicated to this flower.

The center of Herceg Novi is the old town, with structures that were built in different periods of history. Sahat – kula (1667) and Kanli – Kula (1483), the fortress Spanjola (1538) and Forte – Mare (1687) are only part of the cultural heritage of this town.

PARTICIPATION:

175 E per person Accommodation in rooms, apartments, villas in the resort complex – half board arrangements (2 meals per day – breakfast and dinner), organization of the festival, admission to the city and everything stated in the folder
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL AND REGISTRATION:

Folklore ,modern dance,majorettes and orchestra groups from around the world

* The number of participants is not limited

* A gift and diplomas for participation in the festival are provided by the organizers
* Organization performances and parade participants
* For groups of 35 or more persons have 1 gratis

Obligations of the participants:

1. Each group must be composed of dancers, musicians, managers.
2. To prepare program for a period of 8-10 min.
3. Take the flag of the country he represents
4. Each group should take 8-10 small gifts to exchange between participants
5.Your free time to taste with the control of its managers

INSURANCE:

* Personal responsibility and health insurance liabilities are within the group
* First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, and medical services must be covered by the group

ADVERTISING FESTIVAL:

All events will be presented in the press, on radio stations and Local TV channels,trough flyers and posters.

9:00 to 15:00 Free time for the beach

15:00 to 17:00 Preparation activities for festival

17:00 Departure to the Festival Herceg Novi

17:15 to 17:30 Parade on Main Street towards the city center

17:30 Folklore Festival

20:00 -21:00 Dinner and socializing Folklore night

Day 4: 12.11.2024

Excursion boat organized by OFFHN
Herceg Novi Zelenika-Zanjice, Rose, Mamula Island, Blue Cave (payment 15e per person)

13.00-15.00 Lunch (or lunch packets to take )

Day 5: 13.11.2024

(Optional) Boat cruise – excursion boat Perast – Kotor
Natural island of St.Djordje and visit of the island of Our Lady of the Rocks
After that Kotor – Old Town and free time – beach (20e per person)
Alternative leisure time for individual activities

19:00 to 21:00 Dinner
21.00 – Presentation of certificates, diplomas and gifts between organizers, participants of the festival and mutual groups

Day 6 : 14.11.2024

10:00 to 12:00 Check out Departure from the resort complex ***
• The payment is 20-30% of the participants to sign on account in the bank,and after the rate in agreement and we send you details to applicate in bank folders

• Due to high demand applications are to 01.10 I realized gratis places in 50 participants 2 free place

• The possibility of several days stay with agreement + extension 40e per day per person

• Price does not include tourist tax and insurance are to be paid upon arrival 5e per person for 5 days

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the program of the festival
