APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
SIGN UP AND BE PART OF FOLKLORE DANCE FESTIVAL HERCEG NOVI OCTOBER 2026
Dear friends:
We are pleased to invite you to sign up and participate in the 32th Festival of Folklore, Vocal, Dance and Majorettes groups – which will be held from 29.10-02.11.2026 in the Center of Herceg Novi.
Believing that you will be our guests and make the continuation of the tradition of the game of folklore, choir, song, modern dance and socializing.

The right to apply for a competition open to all – individuals / s, folk groups or groups from around the world / e their performance, music or art recognized as the one that belongs to everyone, which belongs to uphold the tradition, 01because this year’s Festival will your concept customized to you, this stage will be a male performers and the audience will be in the same level as until now in the city of Herceg Novi.
REGULATIONS:
The number of participants is not limited.
There is no age limit
Each group has the right to bring the national flag of their country
Gifts and certificates for participants are provided by the organizers
The obligations of the participants are
Each group must consist of dancers, musicians, managers and administration
To prepare a plan and program for a period of 8-10 min
CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION:
With their applications a, it is necessary to attach a minimum of two and a maximum four images in high resolution (at least 1 MB) and technically compliant video clip APPEARANCE which compete with (from YouTube OR SIMILAR an online platform)
SHORT BIOGRAPHY OF PARTICIPANTS / CE, group or groups (up to 3000 characters)

RESULTS OF THE COMPETITION WILL BE POSTED ON THE SITE FOLKLORE FESTIVAL WITH SONG AND DANCE HERCEG NOVI ,ORGANIZATION OF FESTIVALS DAYS AND IN THE PUBLIC INFORMATION

Herceg Novi is the town recognized by the Mimosa trees and numerous steps. This town, “the sun” because of the large number of sunny days per year. Rich in greenery, Herceg Novi hides numerous kinds of tropical flowers. At the end of January the town exudes a scent of yellow and green mimosas and the festival of Praznik Mimosa is dedicated to this flower.
The center of Herceg Novi is the old town, with structures that were built in different periods of history. Sahat – kula (1667) and Kanli – Kula (1483), the fortress Spanjola (1538) and Forte – Mare (1687) are only part of the cultural heritage of this town.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL AND REGISTRATION:
Folklore ,modern dance,orchestra with majorettes ,and choir groups from around the world

* Organization performances and parade participants
* For groups of 35 or more persons have 1 gratis
Obligations of the participants:
1. Each group must be composed of dancers, musicians, managers.
2. To prepare program for a period of 8-10 min.
3. Take the flag of the country he represents
4. Each group should take 8-10 small gifts to exchange between participants
5.Your free time to taste with the control of its managers
INSURANCE:
* Personal responsibility and health insurance liabilities are within the group
* First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, and medical services must be covered by the group

• The payment is 20-30% of the participants to sign on account in the bank,and after the rate in agreement and we send you details to applicate in bank folders
• Due to high demand applications are to 01.05 I realized gratis places in 50 participants 2 free place
